I ended up sorting my patter paper and cardstock today. What a project! And after school, Kasey came over for a play date, and the girl's ended up dragging out Bayleigh's scrap stash and creating a few projects of their own.
And just so Eli didn't feel left out . . . after I walked Kasey home, Bayleigh and Eli brought out the watercolors. I just love to watch them create!
I was inspired by a blog. A year of photos. One photo (or more) per day, that reflects life that particular day, or has some special meaning.
So I decided, why not make this an ongoing thing? Not just one year, but a continual record of my life, in photos.
My quest . . . to be more aware of the present moment, create a running commentary of our lives through photos, and hopefully improve my photography skills over time.
The present moment is truly a gift, to be savored. When you can capture these moments through the lens, you have a gift to share with the world.
