This afternoon I took the kids down to Aunt Stacey's to play with Kasey, Trey and Shian, to give Dave a little peace and quiet to do some of his homework . . .




The Slip 'n Slide was the fun activity of choice for most of them . . .




but I believe Eli had the most fun of all. He would have taken everyone else's turn too, if they would have let him . . .




After we got back, the kids both rested and then helped daddy shuck corn off the back deck . . .



this is another favorite summer activity, with lots of yummy rewards!
