It took me approximately one hour . . . to reach my goal of 10, 000 steps today. That was really picking them up and putting them down, mind you . . . and I'm sure I'll have some sore muscles tomorrow. So I figure . . .
it might be a little easier on me if I just break it down into 1250 steps per hour. That's doable! Right?
I was inspired by a blog. A year of photos. One photo (or more) per day, that reflects life that particular day, or has some special meaning.
So I decided, why not make this an ongoing thing? Not just one year, but a continual record of my life, in photos.
My quest . . . to be more aware of the present moment, create a running commentary of our lives through photos, and hopefully improve my photography skills over time.
The present moment is truly a gift, to be savored. When you can capture these moments through the lens, you have a gift to share with the world.
