The sun was starting to rise while that little fingernail of moon was still shining brightly . . .



I managed to catch up on some housework and then got to work on "Big Bertha", while Eli was napping.



This first coat went surprisingly quick, and I'm hoping to finish it up tomorrow, with the second coat.

I even got a bit of crafting in!

I'm enjoying the projects from Feeling Scrappy's "Simplify the Season" class. Can't wait until our next assignment!
