It's been almost a month since I started an exercise routine. Pilates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings . . . and in the past two weeks I've tacked some walking/jogging into my schedule.



My sister-in-law and I have ALMOST walked 2 miles every day since we got started. I also bought a brand new bike at a yard sale this past weekend and we both rode 4 miles the other day. My back-side is killing me, and my muscles are sore . . .

but I'm enjoying both the exercise, the "quiet" time, and the scenery. Getting back in shape is hard work, but I believe the rewards will far surpass the many hours of grueling efforts.
